We would like to inform you that an unnoticed system update took place on November 6, 2025, between 02:42 and 02:52 UTC+8. During this short period, several core services experienced temporary disruption.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Upon investigation, we are pleased to share that this update has resolved two major ongoing issues:

  • New user registration delays – sign-ups now complete significantly faster.
  • mail.mail.sb (Direct Connect to Webmail) – restored after being unavailable for several weeks.

Although the update was unplanned and went unnoticed by most users, it has resulted in measurable improvements to performance and reliability. We are implementing additional monitoring and communication measures to ensure that even small maintenance events are properly announced in the future.
