π’ Service Suspension Apology β August 8 to August 12, 2025

Dear Mail.sb Users,
We sincerely apologize for the service suspension that occurred between August 8, 2025, 04:17 HKT and August 12, 2025, 01:20 HKT.
During this period, all core services were unavailable, including new account registration, mail sending, mail receiving, and related functions.
If you registered a new account during these days, we strongly recommend checking whether you can log in to Webmail with your correct credentials, as some accounts created during the downtime might require verification or reactivation.
We are also aware of a similar unacknowledged service downtime approximately one month ago, coincidentally also on the 8th day of the month, which was caused by a delayed renewal of our mail server. Unfortunately, the recent outage was due to the same reason.
We understand that such interruptions are disruptive and unacceptable. Please know that we are taking this matter very seriously. Operating Mail.sb involves significant monthly costs to ensure not only the security of your emails but also the protection of your privacy and branding. We hope our users can understand the operational challenges while trusting our commitment to improvement.
Once again, we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and loss this incident may have caused. We are implementing measures to ensure timely renewals and better monitoring to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
