Follow this guide to configure your Mail.sb email account on any email client (like Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird).

  • Authentication required: Yes

✏️ Example Setup (Outlook)

  1. Open Outlook and choose “Add Account.”
  2. Select “Manual Setup.”
  3. Choose IMAP or POP.
  4. Enter email address and password.
  5. Enter the incoming and outgoing server details listed above.
  6. Save and test connection.

🛠️ Troubleshooting

  • Login failed? Ensure full email address is used as the username.
  • Cannot send mail? Check SMTP port (465 or 587) and that auth is enabled.
  • Not receiving mail? Use IMAP with port 993 and correct encryption.
