Follow this guide to configure your Mail.sb email account on any email client (like Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird).

📥 Incoming Mail Server
IMAP (Recommended)

📤 Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
- Server: mail.sb
- Port: 465 (SSL/TLS) or 587 (STARTTLS)
- Authentication required: Yes
- Use same login credentials: Yes
✏️ Example Setup (Outlook)
- Open Outlook and choose “Add Account.”
- Select “Manual Setup.”
- Choose IMAP or POP.
- Enter email address and password.
- Enter the incoming and outgoing server details listed above.
- Save and test connection.
🛠️ Troubleshooting
- Login failed? Ensure full email address is used as the username.
- Cannot send mail? Check SMTP port (465 or 587) and that auth is enabled.
- Not receiving mail? Use IMAP with port 993 and correct encryption.
